Cancellation / No Shows
My time is my livelihood. When previously reserved time goes unfulfilled due to a no-show or last minute cancellation, I am unable to accommodate my waiting list.
Therefore, a credit card is required to reserve all appointments. Cancellations made within 12 hours of the scheduled appointment time may be charged a minimum of 50% of the services booked. No-shows or appointments cancelled day of will be charged for 100% of your booked service.
Please arrive 10 minutes early to prepare for your service, use the restroom, get draped, and allow for possible consultation.
